Tracy has been with The Bay View Collection since 2018, leading the charge on group bookings and special events across all of our properties. With nearly 30 years in the hospitality world—many of those spent producing large-scale corporate trade shows—she knows how to make every detail count. Whether she’s responding to request for proposals or jumping behind the front desk to stay connected, Tracy brings energy, organization, and a genuine love for working with people.

Outside of work, she’s all about family time, beach days, and getting lost in a good book. We’re lucky to have her guiding so many of our most memorable group experiences!
