Traditional French Chef’s Table Experience

March 28 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join Executive Chef, Andrea Barbour, for an intimate 3 hour culinary demonstration celebrating the traditional French cuisine. The menu will consist of Moules Marinieres, Boeuf Bourguignon, Gougeres and Cherries Clafoutis; a full dinner will be served concurrently and each course will be paired with wine. These culinary experiences not only provide great food, beverage, and company but you’ll learn Andrea’s preparation techniques and ingredients for these amazing creations so you can create them on your own for your next dinner party. This demostration will start at 5pm, run for approxmiately 3 hours, and is only $75 per person.
