Greek Mediterranean Chef’s Table Experience

Join Executive Chef, Andrea Barbour, for an intimate 3 hour culinary demonstration celebrating Greek Mediterranean cuisine. The menu will consist of Chicken Souvlaki, Whipped Lemony Feta, Greek Roasted Whole Branzino and Bougatsa; a full dinner will be served concurrently and each course will be paired with wine. These culinary experiences not only provide great food, beverage, and company but you’ll learn Andrea’s preparation techniques and ingredients for these amazing creations so you can create them on your own for your next dinner party. This demostration will start at 5pm, run for approxmiately 3 hours, and is only $75 per person.
